Sustainability

Sustainability, present in every event.

Organising a congress means creating an experience that brings together people, knowledge and ideas. It also involves decisions that impact the environment. That is why we want sustainability to be present in every event, from the smallest details to the decisions that shape its planning.

01 — Responsible materials

We choose recycled and recyclable alternatives for accreditations, programmes, notebooks and signage. Recycled paper and plastics that reduce resource consumption and give materials a second life.

  • Recycled paper
  • Recycled plastics
  • Reusable signage
  • Accreditations
02 — Sustainable mobility

On our congress websites we explain how to get around the city and offer alternatives to private vehicles. We promote public transport and cycling to discover the city in a more sustainable way.

  • Public transport
  • Cycling
  • Mobility maps
  • Less car use
03 — Local environment

Whenever possible we work with local suppliers, professionals and collaborators, supporting our region's economy and reducing the travel involved in organisation.

  • Local suppliers
  • Km 0
  • Regional economy
  • Less travel
04 — Continuous improvement

Sustainability is a path of constant improvement. We will keep adopting new practices and more responsible alternatives so that every event generates a positive impact on its surroundings.

  • Constant improvement
  • New practices
  • Positive impact

That our events generate not only knowledge, connections and experiences, but also a positive impact on their surroundings.
